Our country Nepal is suffering from many bad influences, which is economically and physically unfit for the country and for the people of the country. Many crimes are destroying life of people and ripping future of the country too. Well, criminals are roaming here and there freely with no fear of law and regulation. They find them as a celeb if they do something shitty. Police forces and department system are trying to handle the situation but couldn't find the proper way to rip it completely. Many big and powerful politician and other V.I.P people give them support, which means power and money by which they can do anything in country like Nepal. They misuse their supports and power by many ways and which surely harms the nation and the public people.There are many incidents, occuring in daily basis ,these crimes are the reason why there is fear in every peoples heart. If in any case some one get arrested then they will be free after some time, paying some money and showing some power. There is no strict law against criminals.

Fundamental Concept of Computer:
Computer development is one of the greatest scientific achievement of 20th century. This is one of the wonderful and probably the most power tool ever developed. The computer has bought many changes in our daily life. Now a days, the computer is an essential device for most of the organizations, offices as well individual for different purposes. We shall totally depend on the computer in near future.
Computer is an electronic device which can perform varieties of tasks according to the set of instructions given to it. It accepts raw data from the users and produces meaningful result by mans of data processing. The word computer is derived from the Latin word "computare" which means to compute or calculate. But the use and purpose of computer is not only limited to the computation. It can be used in different fields for various purposes, such as withdrawing money from banks through ATM (Automated Teller Machine), making on line shopping through credit card, accessing library books through internet, preparing salary sheet using application programs, making communication through internet of networking etc. Therefore a computer can be defined as:
Computer is an electronic machine which accepts raw data from the user, processes the data according to the predefined set of instruction, gives and stores the result as information

Important terms used in computer:
- Data: Data can be defined as any raw fact, symbols or unprocessed mean need to be processed to produce meaningful result. Data are collected from various sources. Examples of data: JOHN, 19, DHARAN, BOY, 12 etc. These pieces of data do not give proper meaning without processing.
- Data Processing: The method or procedure of converting data into meaningful information with the help of software called data processing. It is the overall activity of data manipulation using computer to obtain meaningful information.
- Information: The desired result or meaningful output obtained after processing data is known as Information. It is relevant knowledge or processed form of data which gives complete meaning and used for specific purpose.
- Program: A program is a collection of sequenced set of codes which instructs the computer to perform particular operation. The computer performs any task following the program instructions. Programs in computer are designed using programming languages.
- Hardware: All the physical or tangible parts of computer which can be touched and felt are known as hardware. They are peripheral devices used in computer for specific purposes. Examples: CPU, RAM, ROM, CD/DVD etc.
- Software: Software is the collection of programs which makes computer work. They are the set of computer programs, booting, procedures and associated documentation related to the effective operation of a computer system. Examples: MS-WORD, Adobe Photoshop, Windows 10 etc.
- Firmware: Firmware is a sequence of instruction(software) which is substituted for hardware and stored in read-only memory. However, with the advancement in technology and the reduction in hardware cost, today, software is also being made available on ROM chip which is known as firmware. So, the program stored in ROM chip is considered as firmware.
- Liveware: The persons, user or operator associated in Computer field is known as liveware. They can be the programmers, systems analysts, operating staff, database administers, hardware technicians and other personnel working in a computer system.
Working Principle of Computer:
The computer converts data into information by performing various actions on the data so it is also known as information processing Machine (IPM). The conversion of raw data into useful information is key task of computer. Thus the working principle of computer is based on the following four steps:
- Input: This is the first step of computer working in which computer takes raw data from the user through input devices such as keyboard, mouse, etc and provides in computer understandable form for processing.
- Processing: This is the second step of computer working in which computer's processor (CPU) processes the input data based on predefined set of instructions. After processing data it sends them to the output device under the supervision of control unit.
- Output: This is the next step of computer working in which the computer displays the output as meaningful information through output devices such as monitor, printer, etc.
- Storage: This is another step of computer working in which the computer stores the processed information permanently on storage devices such as hard disk, CD/DVD etc.
Characteristics of Computer:
Today computer has become a part of general lives because of it's greater impact. It contains some of the important features which made it so popular and useful machine. Th following are the common characteristics of computer.
- Speed: Computers are capable of performing complex type of calculations at a very high speed. It can execute millions of instructions per seconds. The time taken to perform the task by the computer is measured in fraction of seconds.
- Accuracy: The result obtained from the computer is extremely accurate and error free. Generally computers are 100% accurate machine provided it correct input. Some time it may produce undesirable result which is due to incorrect input. This term in computer is considered as Garbage In Garbage Out (GIGO).
- Versatility: The Computer is one of the versatile machines. It can be used in wide range of application in different fields such as education, entertainment, desktop publishing, communication, agriculture, business, research etc.
- Diligence: Computer is diligent machine because it can perform complicated and repetitive tasks very well without losing its speed, accuracy and efficiency. It does not suffer from tiredness and lack of concentration while working.
- Storage: The computer can store huge amount of data, instructions and software in a small piece of hardware device. It also allows retrieving the stored information easily. The storage capacity of computer is measured in terms of bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, gigabytes etc.
